Pilothouse
The pilothouse was smartly designed to give both the helmsperson and guests excellent visibility form any of the available seating. The space is accessed via the main salon, the port & starboard deck access doors and from the skyolounge. The helm stations design gives the operator ease of access the engine and navigational equipment. The helm station cabinet also houses the yachts main AC & DC power distribution panels.

Skylounge
Brina's skylounge was added in 1999. Modutech Marine in Tacoma Washington designed and built the skylounge, converting was originally a flybridge helm station. The space features a center helm station with a very comfortable "SeaPost" captain helm chair, a wet bar, an L-shaped cruising settee, opening windows and a door leading to the aft skylounge bridge deck.

Vessel modifications
Brina was acquired by the current owners approximately 25 years ago. In 1999 they contracted with Modutech Marine in Tacoma, WA to extend the vessels hull by 7' and to transform the flybridge helm into a skylounge. The cost was approximately $189,000.00. The owners will share any information they have on the customization work.
Important comments
There are several systems that need to be addressed on Brina a few are listed below.
- The air-conditioning system has not been use din years. It may work but it will need to be serviced.
- The currently installed autopilot system is not working. The sellers have a Garmin system that they will include with the boat.
- Watermaker: The system will need to be serviced.
- The VDO "Sum Log II" knotmeter is not working.
- The pilothouse windshield wiper system is not working.
The owners will disclose any information about the vessel and its systems. The vessel operates very well, the MAN engines are in good condition and the yacht at 23 knots is very smooth with no vibration.
